Better Call Saul, The Mafia Game. Indies Win! Gooner, GAT and Duff

Thanks Parlay for a wild-ass and really fun game. This was the most complicated thing i've seen. Obviously my role was fun to play but there was a lot of really creative stuff in this game.

To be fair, I wasn't an indy until D7, I was 100% civ up to that point

The Duff stuff was 100% real, I had no idea why he flew off the handle. It's funny now looking back knowing I needed to find him to team up but that was all legit.
 
I want to make clear that I had no powers other than searching for Mike and Kim Wexler until I found Kim. I only gained limited PM communication in overnights for the couple nights I found GAT before Duff.
 
Really think more people should have request new IDs. I should have won that easily if townie didnt investigate me.

I don't know if I'm alone in this or I'm stupid (or both) but I read Parlay's PM to me about 10 times regarding the ID request and potential powers and money I had and I didn't fucking get it at all.

I just took it because I figured if it could protect me for a night I may as well do it as a completely cleared civ. I kept hoping I'd get some power from it that let me become more than just vanilla or change alignment.
 
Also, props to Gouda for the idea of bribing me. Worked out very well, and I don’t think bribing was actually that powerful so we didn’t lose that much

Literally everyone in this game played better than I did, Duff and parlay can confirm. And I didn't win alone, GAT and Duff (and maybe Tejas?) are also winners and they all had a lot more to do with it than I did.
 
another really good game for d14, he didn't post anything or vote any way that led to his death, some of his posts were exceptionally helpful and clear, much more so than others i was trying to get help from at the time. kid can play.

In Parlay's defense, he did apologize at the end of the day I was silenced and said I should have been allowed to talk about the cash and gifts related to Da but he shot it all down because he wasn't quite caught up with what was going on in the thread and why I was so upset about GAT bringing up IDs and me (and my inability to respond to it without breaking the rules).

did you not think to ask him about it? i asked mod a bunch of questions about it before sending it out, and he answered all of them.
