I think the staff prefers other options to Beadle. Wouldn’t view this one as a miss. Unless, of course, we strike out on those preferred guards.
 
I wish him well but think he was behind Brizzi, McCray, and Whitt in the pecking order. He is a very good player from what I have seen and been told by people in SC that he is better than he is rated

Reports that a player is not as good as rated are rare.
 
You get Carter Whitt and the ball will start rolling, i would not be shocked if Forbes first class is top 25 in the country.
 
Also our staff is behind on building relationships with the 21 guys but they have put in alot of work.
 
I wasn't criticizing the staff about the South Carolina recruits going elsewhere. I was just making the observation that having two SC assistant coaches is likely not going to have a big immediate impact down there for us.

I mean, couldn't you say that about any current recruit? There aren't any overexposed HS players right now.

Gotcha. But in this case, I think it was Wake Forest that wasn’t ready to commit to Beadle.
