No you won't...I told the board what was said about the amount (and the exact wording) and BabyDeac corroborated it. BabyDeac also confirmed the information was valid and from a Tier 1 source as I said it was.

Keep dancing and making excuses. What I said was proven by the person you chose.

Of course, you won't live up to your word and will continue to change the rules.

We've known who you are for decades. You are just proving it again.

I don't know why I bother... but rj never said it was a direct, verbal conversation if that is what you are asking. It was over text msg.

Did RJ directly speak to the source (text/phone call/face to face)...or was he told by someone that direcly spoke to the source...i believe is what they want to know.
 
I thought at one point RJ had floated that the buyout was about a third of the $15 million. Granted it would be damn near to wade through his 10,000 nonsensical posts from the past few months to try to find it.
 
RJ and I might disagree on a lot, but he’s always come off as a good guy when we’ve sent some PMs back and forth. With the privacy of contracts and all, we might never know the exact numbers on it, but we can all agree RJ didn’t try to fabricate or lie about what he was told by an informed individual. Just put the personal personal attacks on RJ to rest. Can’t wait for the next scoop RJ!

Re: biff - as I recall it was always clear his "numbers" were always his own guess.

I can agree to never talking about it again...assuming we never get the actual #s. Its the only way you will truly be able to move on from DFL

deaconson, the terms of the permaban bet are very clear. I'm not entirely sure what your issue is here. We're all perfectly willing to leave if the two terms are met. Since the answer to the very clearly stated questions are no, then I think you're stuck with us for awhile longer.

I NEVER said that.

When pressed, I used the specific word "guesstimate" that the number was likely in the $7-8M range. AGAIN, I used the word "guesstimate", because I didn't and don't know the exact number.

My issue is ONLY unreadable msg boards. I also don't understand why it's so important to own the "other side." Just move on. I don't care if people ban themselves or lose a bet and get banned. I would rather the antagonist posting stop (I'm guilty of it against people of a certain political viewpoint) . It sucks to wade through every damn minute.

More voices are good. Happy to have differing views and wacky boards characters. Live and let live, water off a ducks back and all that. I'd prefer none of y'all leave. I am just tired of every thread devolving into shit arguments.
