Yeah the locker room stuff was excruciating.

The shorezey bits were solid though. I feel like he's GTB's spirit animal.

It was an odd choice. I think the kids would call it "cringe-y," but I think it maybe tried to straddle the fence on that concept too much.
 
I have somehow been talked into going back to work at a job that I haven’t done for well over a decade. Today and tomorrow, ladies and gentlemen, I will be driving vans full of tourists to canoe the New River.

Yeah I’m gonna die, but I have to go back and teach next week so I’m finna bite it anyway. And the New River in WV is aight, but the Gauley is where it’s really at.

Should be fine as long as you're only driving one group of people at a time, wearing a mask, and leaving the windows down. I've thought about going up there for a trip.

I drove over the Catawba River on I-77 through Rock Hill last Saturday afternoon and there were rafts everywhere.

Yeah, they’ve installed plexiglass partitions between drivers and the back of the vans and we’re not mixing groups. Take a day and come on up tomorrow, Biff. I’ll be the old dude looking crazy out of place among all the younger teenagers.
 
probably told this story before, but had the same rafting guide in Canmore, Alberta as I did in San Gil, Colombia about three years apart

the rafting in Colombia was pretty great

well this was a LADY so probably not, but maybe they know each other

after the run she was like "you could never get this route insured in the US or Canada" -- it was a pretty righteous ride

rafting in columbia sounds fun but also like the intro to a far cry game
