Unpopular opinions

I rarely eat breakfast. When I do, it's most frequently a donut and coffee just because there is a good donut place near my place and I try to indulge once a week. I'll make egg(s) sometimes if I get up early enough. OTOH, if I wake up late enough, the lunch I eat sometimes functionally serves as breakfast.

If I happen to pick up good fresh berries at the farmers market, I will eat cereal and berries. If I regularly had smoked salmon, I would probably eat better breakfasts. These are optimal breakfast options for me.
 
Decent tea>great coffee (speaking of breakfast and unpopular opinions)
 
If I'm rushed, it's a protein bar and an apple. If I have a little time, it's a protein shake with a bunch of kale and and fruit and cottage cheese all mixed in. If I have all day, I go all out. Couple days ago, I made avocado toast with fresh sunny side up eggs from our hens, Cherokee purple tomato slices from the garden, and pan fried prosciutto. I like breakfast.
 
I'm doing Dry July/August because IPAs are mostly meh, and I'd much rather be drinking during traditional Dry January when all the motor oil stouts are out.
 
what is the best chain burrito restaurant? Just got Freedbirds and the rice isn't cook through. Bummer.

Definitely have a soft spot for Qdoba from my college years, even though the menu has almost completely changed at least twice since then. Mostly for the salsas.
 
fast casual burrito joints score pretty well on the price-nutrition-filling matrix
 
one thing I miss about not going to the office is working in the same building as a p good local burrito chain. Wednesday $6 burritos FTW.
 
I hate how planet earth spends 75% of the time talking about fucking birds. Show me some A grade animals like monkeys, lions, and elephants. Birds should take up no more than 8% of the programming and of that 80% should be on penguins.

I’ll give lions grade A, not interested in watching elephants though. That’s a B level animal at best. Would rather watch bears, tigers, wolves, and a large variety of sea life than boring elephants walking around.
