The 2020-21 College Football Thread: Alabama Unleashes Bold Familiar Flavor on CFB !!

As much as everyone is talking about the great Georgia defense against the very good Alabama offense, and Saban’s offense, I think this game comes down to Stetson Bennett’s ability to execute against an extremely talented Alabama defense. If Georgia can run the ball and Bennett can play within the gameplan, Georgia is in good shape. Bennett is going to have to hit a few mid-deep throws to keep the Tide from crowding the line.

I cannot understand how it is that UT can't find a better quarterback than Jared Guarantano.

I also cannot understand why commentators seem surprised when he stinks up the joint.

UK up 17-7 at halftime.

Wow Liberty is beating Syracuse at the half.

Wasn’t Louisville a hot pick to be at the top of the conference this year? Lol

Tennessee getting absolutely dominated by Kentucky. And now their BENCH gets an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty. Clown show.

Syracuse seems to get worse every week. In a normal year, Barbers should be worried about his job.

Phil Fulmer told Jeremy Pruitt when he was hired in 2018 that he would be judged by how his team performs against Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. He hasn't beaten any of them yet and hasn't been truly competitive against them in seven games. Now they're getting manhandled at home against a middling Kentucky team. Kentucky hasn't won at Neyland since 1984.

The recruiting has been pretty good for a couple of years, but this team is not good.

Gamecocks enjoying a real home field advantage.

Stands appear to be about 30% full and it is loud.

They’re winning too.
