Okay, I won't use it. Do you want Dems to have control of the house? And how many R+ districts have progressives won? If a goal is to keep power from Pubs, we need progressives, moderates and never Trumpers - the old big tent.

Weird. I'm more of a moderate and I would say the party has definitely shifted left and seems fine with it. Voters just didn't seem fine with going as far left as Bernie in the primaries.

Why would never trumper republicans run on leftist positions though? That would go against their core beliefs.

The positions are more popular than people and ideologies. That’s the big problem because it takes people to make the positions happen and ideologies are easy to oppose.

Plurality of donors and voters but I think I just need to let the centrists gloat with this 2020 “victory” and leave again

Huh? How did Bernie get a plurality of voters in the 2020 primary? Biden had twice as many votes. And why on earth does that matter now?

The fear was that Dems would turn on each other if Biden won and that’s definitely the case.
