Official 2020-21 NBA Finals - Milwaukee Bucks win the NBA Championship!

The last play of his is why I don’t like his game. He just plows into people, throws up a shot and hopes to get a call.

His points are dunks and easy garbage put backs. Very little of his game is due to him having a decent shot, dribbling well, passing well, etc. Sure, he puts up big numbers but he’s not as skilled to me as people make him out to be.

The entire point of the game is to try and get dunks
 
literally at the same time that skydiving is dogging him out, Giannis just scored 20 points in the 3rd quarter of an NBA finals game.

so where does a championship put cp3 in the all-time point guard rankings?

seems like it might solidify him over stockton?
 
This game just sums up the issue for the Bucks. They got a monster Giannis performance and Middleton/Holiday simply weren’t good enough. You’re just really not going to win a championship paying Holiday $35MM/year.

I dunno. Stockton played a full 82 games 16 times in his career. That's nuts

and Middleton is not good enough to be the 2nd best place on a championship team
 
Mildly worried about how these injuries impact depth for the Suns but thus far they look every bit the championship team. Booker and Paul have been locked in and they are getting contributions everywhere else. Definitely need to address the rebounding woes today but otherwise feels like they can steal one on the road and put this away.

Calling Giannis "trash at basketball" during a 42/12 finals performance with 3 blocks and 4 assists has to rank pretty highly in the worst takes in the history of the board. Maybe a tier below "Obama is not black" but it's way up there.
 
Too early to pronounce the Bucks dead. I suspect things will look a lot different in Milwaukee.

Nice win tonight for the Suns. Role players played well and Booker/Paul hit some big shots at key moments.

Nah, it's done absent a series ending injury to Paul or Booker. May go 5, possibly 6, but Suns will win. Better overall team and coach. Middleton and Jrue are both way too inconsistent and Bud can't make adjustments.
