Yo if I'm not tailgating where should I park keeping in mind I will be dragging a 6yo along behind me everywhere I go.

There's a couple garages here that are reasonable and about 1/4 mile from stadium. Keep in mind Wake side is the Graham street entrance

There's one option here directly across the street from the stadium for $40 but looks like you can't use it until 5pm. Hope this helps. Personally, I booked my parking through Parkwhiz.

If aren't tailgating at your car and you are planning on leaving after the game, those mixed office/condo decks around the stadium really back up trying to exit onto the street after the game as they'll close some streets and make others 1-way. You are flat fucked if you aren't on the first floor. Given the Saturday night and more people staying overnight, it should be better than a typical Panthers game, but still try to find a surface lot or a parking-only deck a few blocks farther away from the stadium, like the AutoPark at 4th and Church. And back your whip into the parking spot. Nothing worse than trying to back out of a parking spot in one of those decks with a line of 60 cars behind you trying to get out through the gate while drunk dickheads keep walking in front of it. CMPD doesn't give too many shits about thoughtful traffic flow so you can sit for hours if you're in a bad spot.

My (at the time, soon-to-be) father-in-law insisted on parking in a deck at UVA a few years back.

I spoke up as he slowly made the ill-advised turn into the garage.

After a drunk idiot wrecked in a bottle-neck exit after the game, we spent 4 hours awkwardly stuck in his car together as exhausted emergency workers tried to unclog that hellhole.

Never again.

I think a couple of other posters have mentioned it on this thread and used them.. so I don't think it's a scam (but I can't guarantee that). I approved the account figuring they might want to answer questions/etc since some people had asked about it earlier too.

didn't use them, but the concept actually seems like a good idea based on the website -- if i'm understanding correctly, they book a crap-ton of rooms way in advance when rates are cheaper and then sell them and transfer the reservations now (hence the paypal payment).

Thanks for the info. I moved out of the deck and a little further out. Although I’m not tailgating, I did want to get there earlier than 5.

I wore my 2006 champions shirt in the delivery room when my first kid was born. Having your first child's first photograph feature a shirt is a good way to keep it around despite threats of purges.
