One of my Winston buddies had impingement and had good results with a PT there. I can give you their name if you can make it to Winston or I’ll see if I can find a good referral in Wilkesboro.

Would expect more carpal tunnel, biceps tendinitis or tennis elbow from cranking it tbh. Though if it’s Diggler he may have to reach overhead and that could result in impingement

I’m mad I didn’t get it in two. I had the right word in mind but I guessed a word that would eliminate more words. I got my first or second Wordle in 2 and haven’t reached the mountaintop since.
 
Greenville nor Clemson have any salt on the roads. Can’t wait for the disaster.
 
Pretty good chef opened up a place next door and he changes the menu daily and can just grab and go. Just starting to get into it and man, had some bomb oxtail on fries for dinner tonight.

That’s awesome. I tried oxtail one time at a bad Jamaican place and I thought it was gross, super gristle-y. Need to try some legit oxtail
