I think I’m gonna wake Knight up and in our capacity as the resident hillbillies on the board, we’re gonna go put out 2 cents in on whatever is happening in that political chat thread. You know what’s great timing. A giant snowstorm set to come on the day I get out of quarantine.
 
I’m pretty sure that I’ve found the greatest hangover prevention in the world. Whenever I overindulge, which I definitely did last night, I just drink 2 big glasses of the kids 2 percent milk before I pass out and I wake up in the morning feeling like a champ.

Hey bbd, I’ve got this recurring pain in my left shoulder when I work out and also when I extend my arm straight out laterally. I rested it for 2 weeks and it didn’t go away. Am I just old and gonna have to live with it forever?

If the pain is at the top of the shoulder and it didn’t go away after resting my guess would be impingement.

Can definitely improve with therapy, might have to modify weighted overhead activities.

One of my Winston buddies had impingement and had good results with a PT there. I can give you their name if you can make it to Winston or I’ll see if I can find a good referral in Wilkesboro.
