just take a trip to portland and go to duck fat. their frites shack at oxbow was outstanding.

I am not done. Did you ever even play sports? I can say I at least lettered every year in high school in 3 sports: football, basketball, and golf (I was co-captain of my team). My high school had 2000 students so we we were not small time. In fact Wake had less students when I enrolled at that time. Making the varsity was a big deal. A really helpful tip to get defined abs right before the beach is to pop a couple x-lax a day before and dehydrate yourself so your abs show. Or you could just eat my wife's John Wayne Casserole. Son of a bitch.

The best duck fat fries (and best Wagyu) you'll ever eat are at the Bourbon Steak franchise, which you can check out in DC or Nashville.
