Also have a bonobos suit too and like it a lot/it's well made.

Not a knock on whataburger, but if I ever drive through (or go to) KC, my first stop is definitely going to be BBQ.
 
We're talking about doing our family baseball trip this year to KC, and if we do, I'll be soliciting BBQ recs big time.
 
i just ordered a bonobos tux so thank you. thank you for that recommendation - wouldn't have thought of them but I love the shirts and pants i have from them

That is what I did too. I wear it maybe once a year and just buy new ties for it.
 
whataburger is supremely overrated by texas people who like to think everything from texas must be good
 
do people get their shirts tailored?

I get most pairs of pants tailored and have had jackets tailored, but never a shirt

everything off the rack fits me like a tent

I get made to measure dress shirts from proper cloth. Pricey, but I wear them every day and was sick of not being able to find anything that fit.
 
For that same brother in law's wedding, i realized the shirt i brought was a little worn out, and since we were staying right down the street in NY, stopped at a Buck Mason and picked up a white oxford. Really like that one, not a tuxedo shirt or anything, but great for both casual and more formal fits. Highly recommend, and only about $100 a shirt.

Similar lanky frame here. Best I can get off the rack was Charles tyrwhitt extra slim. Way better fit than a Jos a bank slim shirt at an equivalent price.
 
i enjoy when brasky parachutes in, drops a grenade, then scrambles out
 
i have about 15 shirts from Charles Tyrwhitt - slim fits me really well. I thought about a tux from them but Bonobos will be better quality I think.
 
I wouldn’t even know where to get a shirt tailored. Also I do t think I’ve worn a shirt since I went to see top gun the other day.
