It was 95 feels like 105 at Ocean City yesterday

Over 100 when I got back to dc today

Got got at the beach yesterday by some sort of heat exhaustion/sun poisoning. Wasn’t really drinking or anything, just a few hours in the 100 degree sun throwing my son up in the air and swimming in the waves. Last night I felt like I had a high fever all over my body, bad chills, nausea, the whole bit. Can’t drink enough water today to feel normal. Amateur Hour Deac.

This was my experience with COVID. Thought I had heat stroke, naw.

Sorry to hear, dude. Sun poisoning is some of the worst I've ever felt, and I've had some ridiculous illnesses.
