This is the system in which one witness can put someone in jail or get them legally killed. But insurrectionists and tax cheats deserve a thorough investigation.
 
^^^^ It appears this move is illegal because he did not publicaly disclose to shareholders that he was stepping down.
 
 
Wouldn't it just be the pro rata area of the "cemetary" that is exempted?
 
But what counts as a cemetery? It’s not just the plot and headstone.
 
It could be the entire acre around it and it's barely a fraction of the entire property size is what I'm saying.

No way that single plot means all 200 acres is now a cemetary.
 
yeah i mean i feel like people would be buying their whatever's on their plots of land all the time if this gambit worked to clear the entire acreage

Even if it’s a half acre, a few square yards, or whatever, it’s still some form of tax savings for a crummy little plot on a huge golf resort when they could have buried her in an actual cemetery.

Hey, I think it's low rent AF. But I also think the tax impact is being overstated.
 
Guessing this rule in NJ came about because of mobsters burying bodies at their places of legitimate business
