Try not to become too consumed
With what's a criminal volume of oil that it takes to paint a portrait
The acrylic, the varnish, aluminum tubes filled with latex
The solvents and dye

Best to just not think too hard about anything really. Except when GoPuff delivers any kind of snack imaginable to me within 45 minutes when I’m stoned.

There have been a few times recently where something could have been delivered same day and I was like, "let's just chill and deliver it tomorrow."

I feel like Amazon is a day slower than advertised in Denver, but I haven't tracked it closely...like 2-day prime comes in three, same day is typically next day, shit like that. Not talking long delays here, but definitely not getting what they are advertising to me and I'm not sure why that's the case.
 
i ordered something while on vacation one time and it said it was going to take 4 days to get it and i was horrified. might as well drive to the store and buy it myself if it's going to take forever
 
My neighborhood just threw together a 5k for Labor Day and even though I hate running I think I am going to train the next week or so in order to dust all these fools and assert my dominance in all things.

maybe you are ordering things that are different than what Amazon expects the typical Denver resident to order, so they aren't keeping stock in the warehouses close to you.

neighbors across the street left for a week near christmas once and asked us to get their mail. Every single day multiple amazon packages arrived. They were clearly ordering two day packages every day of their vacation. We had 20 or so packages. Put an end to that nonsense.
