Wonder what the line would be if Sam were playing. No slight to Mitch…just think the general public thinks Wake will struggle without Hartman.

How do you think the line will change if he comes back?
 
Based on the most credible info out there I seriously doubt Sam returns this week. He'll be back when he's back. Clemson seems like a best-case scenario.

Understandable that Vandy on the road would make us all a little nervous but there's no reason we shouldn't handle them even with Griffis at the helm.
 
Give me Vandy and the points. This D hasnt proven to me they are any better than last year. Hope i am wrong.

You may have more recent info than me, but I’ve heard from 2 very credible sources in the last week that Sam will possibly be back next week or Liberty at the latest.

I would assume Sam only plays after able to practice for a week?? I know Sam is a great qb, but not sure you can throw him out cold. So should know in 24-48 if Vandy is an option.
 
How do you know when he started practice?

My take away from Clawson demanding from the beginning that Conor and Les not report on Hartman at practice was that Hartman was going to practice well before we know when he's coming back.
 
Also, aren’t practices now closed to the media? When would we even know if he started practicing unless Clawson states in a presser?

Correct but my bet is he works this week and the drs decide. Either week will be a blessing.

Sure, let’s give opponents any advantage so some egos can say, “we deserve to know!”
After seeing him moving comfortably on the sidelines and hearing Herzlich say after sharing some pregame discussion with Sam, “ heck he could be back tomorrow”, I am going to assume he practices this week.
