Nice from Griffis to Grimes for Grimes first TD for Wake.
 
I’m sure people were scrambling to leave and avoid traffic plus it’s the fair but a little disappointing to see how many people have left before the end of the game.
 
Very happy the Lambert hire has worked out. Nice to have a coach who is willing to make a big move even off of an incredibly successful season
 
Most complete game we’ve played since at least last year @BC
 
Excellent work by all Wake's running backs. Over 200 yards rushing collectively. Puts teams on notice that Wake can win a ground pound game when necessary.

Of course, preferred is still the 75 yard. 79 second 4 play "drive."

I came down University from Silas Creek. Had to wait a bit at the light at Deacon Blvd. Parked in the first lot on Baity St. Had a good time tailgating with my son. And had no problem at all getting out.
 
Interior D-line guys did their job well. Not much from the fullback dive part of the triple option.

Also, Lambert went back to the old school on stopping the triple option with the 5 man D-line setup. Looked like a variant of the old "Oklahoma 50" defense from the 70's.
