Official 2022-23 NBA Offseason - Aces win WNBA Finals; Preseason; NBA Fantasy League last call

Seems like people always wonder about how the Warriors will guard a star post player and Draymond and Looney do just fine. The Kings need the other dudes like Barnes, Murray, Huerter, and Monk to get buckets.

I'm excited about the other matchups, but Suns-Clippers with KD vs. Kawhi for the first time in over two years is a phenomenal matchup between two legit championship contenders.
Except George is still hurt. Would be great if the Clips were full strength

I'm not that high on PG. I'm also not convinced he'll be out for the series.

not to close out the game

death lineup is green at the five with curry, klay, wiggins, and poole
for sure! i just think that the Kings are somehow coming into the postseason underrated.

has wiggins even played since the ASG? it's not easy to incorporate a starter into a rotation as chaotic as the warriors's has been

it reminds me a little bit of how the Hawks surprised the Knicks and Sixers

anyway, "this is why you play the games," etc.

Hawks in disarray?

With the offseason approaching, league sources say the Hawks’ front office has the green light from ownership to do whatever it wants to with the roster, which includes considering trade opportunities involving All-Star point guard Trae Young.

Things got so ugly that TNT’s Chris Haynes reported that Young could request a trade this summer if the Hawks fail to make “inroads’’ in the playoffs.

Murray was a better player in San Antonio than he was in his first season in Atlanta. No matter what happens with Young, Murray will need to justify the hefty price they paid to land him. But as an upcoming free agent in 2024, he also should be a player the Hawks consider moving this summer, even if the return is less than the three picks they initially gave up. Sometimes, you have to cut your losses in order to make future gains.

I think the Hawks trade at least two of Young, Dejounte, Bogdan, JC, and Capela this offseason and do a full tank around their young talent. If they don't, they're stuck. They have their own 2024 and will probably get the Kings 2024 pick (top 14 protected) from the Huerter trade. After that, the Dejounte trade kicks in. Their 2025 and 2027 picks go to the Spurs along with a 2026 pick swap. So either they stay put, add a 2024 pick, and then have one pick the next three years or blow it up, position themselves for a good pick next year, and get some assets for 2025, 2026, and 2027.

a ceiling that the 76ers have yet to surpass despite disgracing the game year after year and ruining any competitive spirit

Trae's not perfect but I'd rather have him than the either of the replacement level PGs the 76ers drafted #1 overall

Again I have no idea what the 76ers have to do with it, and I’ll refer back to the part about Trae Young sucking and nobody liking him. Sounds like he might be someone else’s problem soon though.
