I don’t know man, beating the brains in of the big 10 champ, alabama, texas, lsu, and florida en route to our second natty feels decent.Fuck that. We have Stanford demons to finally put down and this team will do it.
Not that it's ideal but Lincoln is a bit less than an hour's drive from Omaha.Finding a reasonable place to stay in Omaha is unsurprisingly quite a pain in the ass
That’s just good old American capitalism, just like hotels for the Masters.no joke, even shit airbnbs are like $500+ a night

The issue with pitch counts is throwing 120+ and coming back on 5 days rest regularly. One time of throwing a crazy pitch count isn't going to hurt anyone. Throwing that many pitches really shouldn't be an issue if he gets extended rest after the fact. They used to throw that many pitches with regularity. The only reason they don't now is to protect their cash investment and because they use intermediate relievers and closers with regularity. Yet they still give their starters 5 days rest, etc. Kid will be fine. Not everybody is Jacob Degrom.
He threw 114 pitches on June 2, 66 pitches on June 5, and now 156 pitches on June 11.The issue with pitch counts is throwing 120+ and coming back on 5 days rest regularly. That’s over 300 pitches in 10 days, spread over 3 outings. That’s not normal for a college pitcher.
Can’t confirm but memory from my seat view says it is entirely possible! Can anyone confirm that all 3 of Brock's hrs landed in a 2 ft circle of each other?
Sounds like the perfect tired arm candidate for Deacs to face in Game 1 on June 17….He threw 114 pitches on June 2, 66 pitches on June 5, and now 156 pitches on June 11.
