Yup, they need Draymond if they want to contend. And with CP3, he can be a 3rd guard who you just play 20 minutes a game in the regular season. The other interesting thing to watch with them is Thompson. His play seemed to drop off a bit this past year.I think trading Poole paves the way for Draymond in terms on money and fit. Plus I don’t think the Warriors get older without committing to running it back.
Edited to add I like the fit with the Warriors over the Lakers where I just don't trust AD to show up on a consistent basis (cue Chuck and Shaq laughing for 2:00 straight at his being taken to the locker room in a wheel chair). And after 3 trades, Washington now has a guy who can score over 15 ppg.
