Totally Unofficial 2023/24 Premier League Thread

definitely feels like a point won here but that was a bad performance. Ødegaard and Jorginho were completely missing in midfield, Martinelli didn’t have it today, and Raya should count himself lucky it wasn’t 3-0

Have to be better soon or it won’t be a title race for us, it’ll be a top 4 race

Im starting to think that United’s three LBs are actually dead and not injured. With Casemiro out today we get to see Lindelof play LB and Amrabat at CDM.

The CB pairing of Maguire and Evans doesn’t seem to be instilling the amount of fear in the Blades attackers that I think EtH envisioned.

Dalot! Hahaha wut. Nice hit but the keeper should have saved it

I'll take it! 2-1!

And Dalot may have just given United 3 points. I know DV doesn’t rate him at all (and lots of people don’t) but I do like him. He’s not perfect, but he’s got some magic in his locker.

Once AWB is healthy I wouldn’t hate seeing Dalot at RW rather than Antony. Antony might have skill but he’s pretty useless as a footballer.

Top 5 right?

Should I talk about this for the next three weeks? Should we change the rules? Get a replay? No, bad officiating shit happens to teams that aren’t Liverpool every week.

I mean it totally compares to not awarding a legitimate goal!

Not sure what you’re asking for here. We all just want consistency.

If you isolate the call itself, I’d be ok without a card, I’d also be ok with a card. It’s somewhat subjective. Obviously Everton wants a yellow there because it’s more than a yellow in context. If konate doesn’t have a yellow at that point, I highly doubt it’s a big deal to dyche or fans.

It’s a bit much to act like it’s as big a deal as disallowing Diaz’s goal though.
