You are proving my point with that sorry list. Recruiting a college QB and evaluating an NFL QB are two completely different tasks. Just because Bryce was a high profile college recruit has nothing to do with his NFL stock.

he was a high profile hs recruit, then he had a fantastic college career and won the heisman

and your point was that bryce seemingly magically rose to the top of draft boards once the season was over vs trevor lawrence, caleb williams, etc. who always had top draft pick buzz. but in reality, bryce is and has been in the same class as the top studs given he's been #1 since HS.
 
i have a good friend that went to mater dei, and the coach there has said bryce is the best QB he's ever coached

which makes it even more wild to me that bryce would struggle this much

Sorry, I'm not sure if your question is rhetorical. But if he doesn't fire Fit and replace him with a director of college scouting, then the answer is no.

Like who? other than CJ Stroud what rookie Qb is putting up a good game? Tommy Devito against WASH who is absolutely dreadful on def..one game. Levis has looked decent at times but has a TON more around him than Bryce.

Stroud is a unicorn man

LOL. Windy questions which rookie QB is putting up a good game and lists a rookie QB who put up a good game as a counter example.

not consistently - but devito, levis, bagent have all had at least one game better than any game bryce has had

i'd like for bryce to have just one solid game that provides some hope
 
assuming he makes it through the year, wonder what Bryce's yardage total will be and how it compares to other QBs who have started full seasons. and how far you'd have to go back to find someone that low.
 
Windy is just pumping up Bryce so the Panthers keep losing and the Bears get the #1 pick. Keep up the good work Windy.

i watched every snap of the Tyson Bagent experience. He is hot garbage...Bryce is SOOOOO much better
Bagent has not had a single good game.

The only 2 rookies other than Stroud either played the worst pass defense in the league or have a legit team around them. Most Rookie QBs struggle in year 1. he will be good.

Right now, Young’s 11 games are between Puckett’s 12 games and Ridder’s 11 games. Not strong company.
 
Our best game of the season was with Andy Dalton at QB. Same team. Same weapons. Except Andy can actually throw a football. (albeit pretty mediocre-ly?)
