Rivals has him as a two star not even ranked in the state. That's not quite an 86 vs 89, that's onesite saying he is an NFL prospect and then another saying he isn't D1 material. It's quite the disparity in evaluations, especially when people are talking about freshmen stepping in next season. Some people think he is the next AT Perry where others see the next Drelyn Ford.

Some guys get tall before they fill out the muscle on the frame. He will probably weigh around 225 when he starts playing regularly for Wake.
Williams will be your top 1 or 2 WR at IU. All he (and Banks) needs is a competent QB.
