Official Kyle Filipowski assaulted a wake fan thread.

I think lost in this is the court storming is dangerous and a player could have gotten hurt. From what I understand, no one was injured.
 
I should also add that given Duke’s history of intentionally trying to injure opponents, Duke’s complaints that player safety is the paramount consideration comes off as totally disingenuous. At least it does to me.

If they want to ban court storming and call it “The Wake Rule” because the smallest student body in the power 5 managed to be too much for mighty Duke, then I’d be fine with that.

Yep. The same "our shit doesn't stink" crowd who broke Justin Gray's jaw and started one of the dirtiest players to ever play in the ACC in Laetner.

Not defending anyone here, but it is different when it is on the court action as opposed to fans and players. Can't really compare the two.

I agree. But for that program to pretend it's holier than thou and "above" reproach is just complete and total crap. The league is just "frightened" by yesterday's display yet it excused that little asshole Allen kicking, punching and tripping players for years. Can't have it both ways. Well, yes you can if you're Duke!

Getting in on this thread so I can be deposed as part of Filipowski et al vs. LJMVC Security, Mitt Shah, et al. Likely a class action case here ( "Have you or a loved one ever been hurt in a court storming incident"). I hope we deploy the Caitlin Clark doctrine in our defense.
