Holes lose to Rebels

By any chance, does the UNLV coach have a beach house in NC?
 
Imagine if we beat UNC in Winston and all the students at the game rush the court. It'll be a madhouse.
 
I'm trying to remember the last time I saw a full on rush the court at a holiday tournament.

our games have been a drag to watch lately from an entertainment standpoint. they really need to step it up a notch.

i realize that sounds like i'm talking about UNC but thats about Man Utd

SAF seems to have gone too far in the other direction after the 6-1 result. He'll get it right eventually, just not sure how many points we can drop in the mean time to have a chance to catch citeh this season.
 
Am I the only one whom is completely underwhelmed by Harrison Barnes? He is a very good college player, but I don't perceive him as that good of a player. On the next level I could see him being the same exact player that Marvin Williams is. In his best years he will average like 11-12 ppg. The hype that surrounded the kid was astounding. I was expecting slightly below Beasley, Durant, etc... Again I think he is a good player but I just don't see all the hype.

no you aren't.

he's a really good shooter for someone his height, but the rest of his game is just good. he's a good ball handler (huh huh ball handler), but nothing special. he's not particularly explosive. he's a pretty good rebounder. his defense is ok.

i wish he was on wake though.
 
Did you guys miss the like 12 game-winning, final minute shots he hit last season? I mean, it's fun to hate on any Heel and I'm right there with you on that, but the dude can play.
 
Only sad part of this is there is no way in hellwe keep it within 20 pts of the Heels this year. They will have 30 second chance points. Sad we have to revel in someone else's win because we sure can't get our own. Sad times in Deacon land

he isn't in durant/beasley class (college impact only) as was expected and hyped

but yes, he's very good.
