Saturday College Football 12/3

Gotta give Clemson credit. They have come to play both times they've faced Va Tech. I am not a Clemson or Va Tech fan but I am glad to, hopefully, see a different team win the ACC other then Va Tech again.

I don't know what to think about this Clemson team that actually showed up for a big game. It's bizarro Clemson.

I think the Pokes just might make their way to New Orleans to be LSU's sacrificial lamb. Hope they do.

Dabo now looking like a genius for his SC rant. They will say it fired up his team. He would be hammered if they lose.

I've never seen an Oklahoma team look this pitiful. Looks they've either quit, have subs in, or have many injured starters. I despise the Sooners and Stoops even more so this looks great to me. 44-3. Let 'em face LSU.

They have quit and they have key injuries to starters. They also didn't come to play tonight, which is inexcusable. They don't know how to play from behind.

They'll likely be a sacrificial lamb. And I can't wait. An appearance in the national title game is obviously huge for this program.

It really would be cool to see another of the non-blue blood programs getting a title shot. Oregon last year, OSU this year...good to for the game.

Having a moneybags rich booster is a good strategy apparently.

If Bedlam keeps up like this, I see no way a voter can keep the Cowboys out of the title game. Alabama is not better than OSU.

Yep. But don't let the blue-bloods tell you any differently - they have their fair share of moneybags boosters. The NCAA scene has just been so stagnant for so long because the middle guys couldn't catch up with the big guys in cash.

Yeah at least with Oregon and Okie St you know who runs the show.

This is a far more impressive win than anything Bama did this season. This is a total shellacking of the preseason #1 team, and current top 10 team, in a game that historically has been a bloodbath in favor of OU. This dwarfs Bama's marquee win vs Arkansas by a couple orders of magnitude.

I never said they weren't whores who sold their soul for a chance to win big. It's just nice to see some new whores on the block.

Lol. Bama would destroy OSU.

Don't know about you, LK, but I think #1 rush defense, #1 pass defense, #1 total yards defense, #1 scoring defense is mildly impressive. But that's just me. Not to mention, Arkansas>OU.

That said, I hope the voters do vote OSU into the NCG. I think LSU and Alabama are both FAR superior teams to OSU, but I think OSU has earned a shot. Plus, I've seen LSU-Bama. Give me two great Superdome games: Bama-Stanford, then LSU-OSU one week later.

The Worldwide Leader has been trying to keep the all SEC MNC hype going all day.

I'm a homer, but I've never seen it as whoring. If a Wake donor came along and said, "I'd like to give you millions of dollars, and you have to spend 1/3 of it on academiocs" I think we'd all be ecstatic. We'd build some sweet new facilities (like OSU did) and that would be the end.

But you have to remember, LK. It's not about who you beat. Its' about who use lose to. It doesn't matter how many top teams OSU beat vs. how few Bama beat. It just matters that Bama only lost to LSU.

What's crazy about Bama-LSU is that it is a rematch that sets the stage for teams meeting three times in the same season. Imagine if Bama and LSU were in different divisions and if Bama narrowly beat LSU today. People would still make the case that they're the two best one-loss teams because they each only lost to each other.
