I believe you are referencing antitheists, a term my late hero coined for those (including myself) who are not only atheists but also adamantly opposed to the idea of some anthropomorphic invisible tyrant convicting us of arbitrary thought crime without granting us free will. One could also be anti-religion in general (whether theistic or atheistic) because he or she sees it as an overall negative influence on the world (causing violence, unnecessary sexual repression, hindering progress, shielding people from reality, making people satisfied with not knowing, giving false comfort, etc)
Atheism (in the weak form at least) is simply lack of belief in any deities. Babies, Australian Aborigines, Homo Erectus, and at least 15% of the world's population are atheists by this definition. Many atheists are also apatheists, people who simply don't care whether gods exist or not. I would argue that most theists are also apatheists. Others are atheists but wish religion were true because they find it comforting but ultimately ridiculous.
How is it possible to prove babies are atheist. God allows free will that is the whole point of being a Christian and why some of you believe and some do not. You have the freedom to make a choice. If you had no choice but to believe in God you would not have free will and would not come to God on your own accord. Thus making the love and need for God false.
