White joins the Colts after spending the last two seasons (2010-11) at Air Force coaching linebackers. In his first year with the Falcons, he guided the likes of linebackers Jordan Waivaiole and Brady Amack. Waivaiole led the school in tackles in 2010 while Amack led the defense in stops in 2011.
White coached safeties at Murray State in 2009 following a two-year tenure with Wake Forest as the school’s defensive graduate assistant (2007-08).

So, Russ to AFA just as White leaves.

Forgot to add: Congrats to the Whites! Would love to see the Brad back on the sidelines in Winston-Salem some day down the road.

Interesting move. He had just been moved to LB coach from a Graduate Assistant position at Air Force. He will be in the Defensive Assistant role which is basically a Graduate Assistant role in the NFL. Hope it works out for him.

This. He left a pretty good finance job to follow his dream IIRC.

I don't recall Brad being a Grad Assistant at AFA. He was at Wake, but then coached safeties at Murray State before moving to Linebackers at AFA. I believe Recruiting Coordinator had been added to his list of duties recently.

This is pretty awesome news. Do we have any other Deacon alums coaching in the NFL?

Brain fart on Proehl. Didn't know about Belin.
