Just puked. Felt kind of good actually. Temp is 102.6. I think I'm dying. If I die, all my rep should be divvied up amongst my fellow CT regs. Hoping this Chipper Jones tribute thing restores my will to live.

I went to the doc today, but he suspects it's just a wicked bastard of a bug and not the flu. He did give me a prescription for some sort of flu pack just in case, but recommended I not take it unless I'm still feeling really bad on Sunday.

Seriously though, puking was good. Should have done that a while ago.

I want rjkarl to snort my ashes.

last year i had the first legit (102+) fever i'd had since probably middle school. it's a lot worse than i remembered. completely shut me down for a couple of days.

A few months after the Piglet was born, I ended up with the flu and pneumonia simultaneously. That sucked. I missed two weeks of work and my wife was thisclose to calling a priest to deliver last rites.
