If you mean the end of the school year, that might happen. If you mean the end of calendar year 2013, NO WAY. Remember, Wellman is chair of the NCAA Basketball tournament selection committee. He will finish his term as chair. Wake will not put him in the awkward situation that existed last year.
After that, Wellman may decide to retire and call it a career, or he may find a job in the ACC commissioner's office. Or he may just stay right where he is.
