DOB posted a video of Melvin (BJ, now goes by Melvin Upton, JR) taking BP and his swing looks smoother. Wonder if he'll revert back when facing live pitching.

Since there's likely to be a whole lotta #barves this season, give yourself a chance to pull for a winning team of your own creation! I know I'll need something to keep me distracted from watching Johnny Gomes accumulate 550 at bats.
We've got a few spots left in the 11th annual Wake Board Fantasy Baseball Invitational. It's a Yahoo! roto-style league and we usually have about 12 teams participating.
