Kearns moves us up in the Rivals rankings from #48 (1155 points) to #41 (1290 points).

He's our 21st commit and Rivals counts the top 20. Welsh (5.2 = 15 points) drops out of the calculations and Kearns enters (5.8 = 150 points).
