Linked is a chart ranking each conference by percentage of scheduled regular games played during the year by conference:

For the season 86% of scheduled D1 games were played, which probably exceeded expectations. Incredibly, one conference, the Missouri Valley, played 100% of their scheduled games: 90 for 90 (but they did have a tournament game cancelled because of positive COVID test with the Northern Iowa). The Colonial Conference played the lowest percentage, as only 57% of their scheduled games actually took place. Among the Power Conferences, the ACC was the worst, playing 122 of the 150 scheduled games (81%; the chart was put together last week before the ACC regular season ended).
Power Conference %:
Big 10: 136 out of 140 -- 97%
Pac 12: 116 out of 120 -- 96%
Big 12: 85 out of 90 -- 94%
SEC: 116 out of 126 -- 92%
Big East: 96 out of 110 -- 87%
ACC: 122 out of 150 -- 81%
Did seem like the ACC was not aggressive about rescheduling games after they were postponed. The Big 10 was particularly diligent about rescheduling games as Michigan State and Michigan both played 3 games a week to end the season.
