The "applies in lieu of community service" is a bit too much. Otherwise it's more convincing.

You'd be prosecuted in Germany and Austria if you used a red triangle in reference to a political group or ideology the way Trump did here. It would be considered "Volksverhetzung" and you'd face up to 5 years in prison.

But hey, it's cool - I'm sure it was purely an accident they used a red triangle in a negative reference to socialists.
