What's the breakdown of the 32-10? For example, how many of those wins are against the historically competitive schools like A&T, Elon, ECU, Gardner-Webb, NC Central, etc.?
 
He's 28-10 against the other big three and ECU, he's 4-0 against in-state FCS programs.
 
Who gives a shit? It's the ENTIRE season that matters.

We have underachieved virtually every year since the Orange Bowl (yes the we should have done better the next year).

Keep in mind that WF last 4 coaches before Jim Grobe (Jim Caldwell, Al Groh, Bill Dooley and John Mackovic) all were considered good enough at their profession to either get an NFL head coaching job or coach high-profile BCS programs. None of them had the same success at WF in the ACC that Jim Grobe has had.
