So, is that good or can our opponents just not shoot?

In 3 of our 4 ACC wins . . .

UNC - win by 6, 2-15 for 13.3%
NCSU - win by 1, 2-13 for 15.4%
Notre Dame - win by 7, 2-16 for 12.5%

Before ND played Wake today, all three of those schools were in the bottom six in the ACC in 3% shooting in conference play. State and UNC are last and second to last. UNC is shooting 22.7% from threes in conference play.

UNC might be the worst 3 point shooting team I've ever seen.

The biggest indicator of how many 3's teams make over time is how many they take over time.

If we keep allowing teams to shoot three's against us then the floodgates will open, just a matter of when, not if.

This is 100% accurate. It's troubling that our coaching staff focuses on this stat so much. We should be far more concerned about threes attempted against us. That said we are currently 76th nationally in threes allowed per field goal attempt.
