Notice that most of the places are in big cities. Small town BBQ restaurants just not really considered. That would be most of the good ones in both Carolinas.

Joe's may get a lot of tourists, but it's pretty legit. I had a Z-man last week.

JR's in LA is not at a tourist place. You have to know it's there or you'd drive right by.
