ACC Tourney in NYC?

I would prefer 50% in Gboro, but thinking about New York there has to be several thousand wake grads up there. More there than Florida so would be fine with it being in the rotation.
 
The tournament is in NC alot because (surprise surprise) most of the teams are either in NC or a short drive from NC.
