Schweitzer just destroyed his 2016 chances before he formally announced. Some Dems hate the South, but South Carolina's a key early primary. Florida, Virginia, and North Carolina will be important general election states. Also got in shots at gays and women. Just missed the trifecta by not trashing minorities too. Biden and Rick Perrry can counsel him on pre-season fuck ups. Neil Young's gotta be stoked.

No surprise. Typical democratic bigotry. Thank goodness for republicans.

Depending on who's at the top of the Dem ticket and who the GOP runs, Joaquin Castro or Kirsten Gillibrand will be in the mix for VP. Joe Machin wouldn't add much excitement, but he'd help as a moderating voice. Manchin was already a better VP possibility before Schweitzer imploded.

Gotta say the right poster started this thread.

Manchin has no shot at the ticket. He brings nothing to it.

I've brought up Castro before. how nuts would Faux News and RW talkers go of with a Clinton/Castro ticket. Damn commie Dems!!!!!

Gillibrand would be a strong VP choice if Hillary doesn't win the nomination. She's due for a more high profile spot. She'll be almost 50 at the 2016 election.
