No. We need to get rid of him and his $2+ million drain on the AD so we afford to hire a top replacement for Buzz and start improving Groves, the Joel, and our practice facilities. We're behind again and need to catch up. Much like our teams, we need a younger guy, with some energy and new thoughts, to come in and lead the department.

Just because Lembo makes sense now, there is ZERO guarantee everything will work out the way we want much less at all. Wellman's measure on this hire will only be born out after a few seasons of whomever he hires. Wellman still has [Redacted] and a few other things (Cassfuckingstevens) to answer for.

Wellman gets ton of credit for facilities, Grobe, Prosser and a good football hire now. But we need the new AD to make the basketball hire. I didn't want him making the football hire but the timing is such that he had no choice. John Currie should make the next hire.
