AIDS VIRUS PLEASE HELP

To anyone that can help, please!

I was cruising last month (no, not cruising on a ship - I was hooking up in the park at night if it matters) and my dinky now started acting REALLY strangely. Bubbles and sores started popping up and I started to notice I was infected.

I can't do a blood transfusion or take the antiviral drugs, I can't do anything. Someone who has an idea whats going on or something I can do that might help...

PLEASE HELP. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO.
