That's because she's not that hot. I feel like I see rando Milfs with fake tatties like that all the time. Webb is not your everyday girl.
 
Some Mobile plastic surgeon did a nice job though, you have to admit.
 
I have concluded that relative to the other photos, some Access editor managed to work some makeup/wardrobe magic and touch up Dee Dee's cover pic ... significantly more than Webb's.

Also, reading the thread on Dee Dee in particular reminds me of the transformation that happens between late-night pickup and the harsh light of morning ... some of those beer-goggle 1am smokeshows just dont measure up in the light of day!
 
I mean, yeah, cover photo of Dee Dee was completely edited. Nothing that illustrator can't fix.
