Yeah that was a snoozefest. As a soon to be returning resident I found it a little interesting.

Forsyth County is third to last in the nation in economic mobility? Yikes. That's not good.

I have no proof, but I tend to believe the engineers knew what would happen when they designed Hwy 52 to go in that location and did so purposefully.
