Anyone daytrading in this market?

I haven't looked at my portfolio for about three months now. I'm afraid I'm close to 40% losses.

Buy and hold. Buy and hold. Buy and HOLD! (At least, I keep telling myself that)
 
Short everything until mid-2012.
