I saw it and thought it was okay, since I loved the book. Nothing about this is winning Oscars mind you. It feels a lot like a made for TV movie. Like the Tea Party Channel.

Maybe because the director is Paul Johanssen, who played the evil dad Dan Scott on One Tree Hill?

Anthem would've been easier to adapt and is the same basic philosophy.

85% viewer rating. I tend to go by that anyways and will probably watch the movie.

Be careful with this stat. Battlefield:LA had crazy good viewer rating numbers too. If a hardcore audience knows what it wants going in, they will give it good marks regardless. This is doubly true with ideological films.

The sequels just got cancelled anyway. The movie bombed, because it wasn't very good.
