Probably because they know that Green Bay will never be hit by a North Korean nuke, except by accident. Ironically, all the areas most likely to be targeted are deep blue cities and states that are heavily Democratic, like Hawaii. Rural red GOP areas probably never have to worry about North Korean missiles, except for maybe the fallout if it's more than one or two bombs. No wonder they're gung ho to fight - some liberals get nuked, and they get to nuke North Korea in return and feel tough and macho. 'Murica!
