Banning Critical Race Theory

You would think all of these people are charlatans…
 
Second-highest paid school superintendent in Texas buys a full-page ad in Houston's largest newspaper to defend suspending a male black student for violating the dress code (his hair was too long) and attacks the newspaper for criticizing him. To defend the dress code and suspension he argues that "being an American requires conformity" for unity. He also attacks the Houston paper for supporting school covid measures like remote learning and wearing masks during the pandemic and brags that his district held "traditional classes" all through the pandemic as parents and taxpayers wanted (and by not listening to medical professionals, evidently).

 
Beyond that this is nuts. Dude makes money by helping corporates evade property taxes that would otherwise go to the district.

He also was arrested in 2008 when, after his teen son wrecked his truck, he allowed his son to leave the scene of the accident and refused to tell a state trooper where his son was, despite repeated requests from the trooper and a warning that he was obstructing his investigation of the accident. He's a winner for sure.
 
Anti-wokeism is a powerful poison. And, sadly, an effective political strategy for wicked power hungry “conservatives”. Aided and abetted by conservative so-called Christians.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott speaks to Young Conservatives of Texas convention in Dallas, and states that he wants to ban trans people from teaching in schools in Texas and promotes privatizing public education in the state. He also brags that Texas is not only the only state to build a border wall with another nation, but they are the only state to build a border wall with another state, New Mexico.
