It's for the military and their families for Veterans Day. Almost all of the tickets are going to military folks that don't normally get to attend games. I'm sure that a lot of people will tune in because it is on a boat, but it is primarily for the vets as a thanks for what they do.

Docked, but that would take it to another level if it were cruising around.

Docked somewhere outside of San Diego I believe. Obama is supposed to be there. I think it'll be a pretty cool spectacle.

It's actually docked at North Island in San Diego bay. Should be an amazing event, not sure how great the basketball will be if it's windy though. Originally, it looked like rain was going to make them move the game inside the carrier's hangar bay which wouldn't have been nearly as cool.
