For certain. Really excited to see how our Freshman do this year. I see all three contributing out of necessity to an extent, and laying a true foundation to build from. What I've noticed about Danny is there isn't much "coach speak". He isn't clamoring on about foundations, doing things the "wake way", etc. He's quietly going about his business, doing what he's paid to do, and I fully expect him to have us back where we, as fans, feel is acceptable.

I just looked up Ty Walker's stats from Wake, and while I don't remember this, he actually was playing 20 minutes a game his Jr and Sr seasons. Still a total bust, obviously.

The Collins kid impressed me Friday night. Quick, athletic, agressive all came to my mind watching him. Crawford will be good I think, really good size at guard, didn't take too many shots to assess his shot though. Moore is a very big kid, I'm sure he can get stronger, but he is definitely is not a frail looking 7 footer. It will be interesting to watch him develop.

Yep. Collins seems like the kind of guy who will always be in good position on both sides of the ball. It's going to take Crawford a few games to get a handle on the speed of the College game. I wasn't sold on him in one exhibition game(surprise), solely because he looked like he wanted to force things to happen, resulting in A LOT of sloppy passes. Randolph Childress scored a big goose egg in his first college game, so I'm not worried. Moore is going to be a PROBLEM when he's in one-on-one situations. The dude seems relentless and you can tell REALLY wants to become a better player. All 3 guys are going to be teachable, IMO.

No matter how many times I see his pictures or see him in a video, I always get that, "how in the crap did we end up with that goober as our head coach," question in my mind.
